New town centre public toilets are at least two months behind schedule in a part of East Anglia. The opening for the building scheme in North Walsham, originally expected to be late March or the Easter period, has now been put back to a date in June due to roadworks. Jason Cooper, co-manager of a nearby motorcycle retailer, said the lack of co-ordination is “disgraceful,” adding it had been “an absolute nightmare” trying to park the firm’s van at the premises.
